Roofing Contents FAQs

What makes you different from other content mills?

We are not a content mill. We don’t have a pool of writers waiting in line to do your blog. We have a team of different professionals, including researchers, writers, editors, designers, SEO professionals, and marketers. We prefer running full campaigns for our customers.

When you decide to work with us, you will notice that all our resources are at your disposal, including a contact person and project manager. We want you to succeed, and we know you will not succeed by ordering a blog here and another one there, most of which are never published or published but never optimized, or promoted.

Who is responsible for my content creation?

Your project manager will be responsible for all content creation processes. Will assign a researcher, writer, editor, and any other person required to complete the job.

Can I get a dedicated project manager?

You get a project manager by default immediately after you place an order. The manager may request more information about your business to understand your marketing goals and efforts. Coordinate with the manager for the best results.

Some customers say that our project managers try to upsell products. This is our response. Most of the time, business people get many ideas online about prices and solutions. So, when they come to us, they will probably want to come and order a few services at a specific budget, which is a good thing to do. However, it so happens that before we do those services, we need to learn more.

For example, many customers want a one-month subscription instead of 6 months. With that subscription, we cannot offer you free content audit, we end up charging you for the audit and strategy separately.

Also, we want to give you actual results. We sell solutions. If we feel that we are better placed to help with content distribution and promotion, we have to let you know.

What we never do is be pushy. We just suggest. If there is no way to help you without charging for it, we respectfully decline your project.

What is the turnaround for content?

It depends. We always discuss your project before we begin. Timelines are discussed before money exchanges hands. If you want a fixed-date launch or publishing date, you better share it with us before placing the order.

We want to be your partner. If you need event-specific content or want to tap into a certain trend or wave, we are here to help. Sometimes scrambling a team on a quick deadline will be expensive, usually from $1 per word or $100 an hour for text content.

Who owns the copyright?

Our customers have exclusive legal rights to paid content. Once the order is accepted, the work becomes the property of the buyer to do as they wish with it.

Any content that has yet to be accepted or is subject to a dispute remains the property of Roofing Contents LLC.

Do you offer revisions?

We do offer revisions for the work. The mantra is “100% customer satisfaction”. If you are not happy with the final work, specify the areas that need attention and our team will get right into it.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do have a robust refund policy. In a summary, if you are not satisfied with the work, you have 3 days to request a revision. If the revisions are not done to your liking, send us an email with the heading “Resolution Needed”. Our QA department will review your claim and we will make the necessary refunds.

For subscriptions and bundled services, specify which specific service was not done to your liking. Notice that once a part of the order is in resolution needed mode, you cannot use that part of the content or its derivatives. Doing so, means you have accepted that part of the work.

You can have a problem with one part of the work and not with the rest of the project. It is good you specify and make a specific claim. If the social media designs were not good enough for bundled monthly content, you can still go on to publish your blogs and other assets while we resolve the designs.

We only refund the account that was used to pay. We do this to prevent fraud and money laundering.

How long do I have to approve content?

Usually 3 days, but you can always send us a request in the order if you feel you may need more time. Most orders are closed within the month. So, it is in our best interests that you approve orders within a week. If there are no pending requests for orders, they are closed within 7 days.

For subscriptions, each monthly bundle is closed within 7 days after delivery. If the subscription package is not renewed, the order will be closed within 30 days. All outstanding issues must be communicated and settled within 30 days.

We want to always be prompt and efficient. And this is what we find favors our customers, suppliers, team, and our company.

Can I place an urgent order?

You can, but this is a privilege for our current subscribers. If you have a trend that you want to jump into before it fizzles out, hit us up. We will make it happen.

How do I place an order?

All orders are set up specifically for you. Unless you are taking any of our special offers, you will be sent an estimate, which will be converted into an invoice once you are ready to go.
